To ensure a smooth and transparent pet approval process, our community partners with PetScreening.com to manage pet and animal records efficiently. All residents, whether pet owners or not, are required to create a PetScreening profile.
This service helps validate reasonable accommodation requests for assistance animals, ensures compliance with our pet policies, and allows us to maintain up-to-date pet records. PetScreening also makes it easy for pet owners to share their pet’s information with housing providers, pet services, and more.
How It Works:
- All pets must be screened before final application approval.
- Pet Profiles: $30 (credit card) or $25 (ACH).
- Assistance Animals & Non-Pet Households: $0 profile fee.
- Pet profiles must be renewed annually to remain current.
